Fireblock Avert 1.25kg is a unique firefighting gel and fire retardant that can be used to fight fires directly or as a fire retardant by spraying non-burnt areas with a protective layer of gel.
It can be used on Class A fires and is supplied in a 1.25kg resealable bag. Once mixed with water, it reaches a gel-like consistency. Fireblock Avert can be used as a fire break or as a fire fighting gel, depending on the mixing ratio used.

It can be used on Class A fires. It is not for use on electrical or chemical fires.
Fireblock Avert is supplied in powder form in a 1.25kg resealable bag. The powder is mixed with water as instructed on the packaging until a gel-like consistency is achieved.
Fireblock Avert can be used for grass fires, veld fires, fire breaks, fire retardant applications and as a water additive.
Makes: 600L – 1000L
Coverage is between 10–15m² depending on how thick it is sprayed, the terrain and water quality. The period of protection can be up to 4 hours depending on the thickness sprayed and environmental factors such as sunshine and rain.
Once mixed, Fireblock Avert can be kept in a tank ready for use for up to 3 years.
